What CINA Does

CINA designs the guest experience layer of events your clients are already hosting. We don't produce or program events — your clients handle that. What we do is design what happens between the people in the room.

In person, that means arriving early, setting the atmosphere, facilitating intentional introductions, and staying through close — so every guest feels genuinely seen and connected rather than just present. We prepare a host guide in advance so the client knows exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to open the room before we begin.

The result: guests leave saying something real happened. Not just that it looked beautiful. That distinction is what turns a one-time client event into a lasting brand impression.

The Atmosphere Consultation — Remote
For clients hosting an upcoming event who want the CINA layer without us in the room. We research the guest list, design the seating and introduction architecture, write the host facilitation guide, and deliver a post-event follow-through protocol. Their team executes. We make sure they know exactly what to do and why.

The Gathering — In-Person
CINA attends the event and co-hosts alongside the client. We manage the guest experience live — facilitating introductions, reading the room, and ensuring the atmosphere reflects the brand. The client still runs the event. We handle the human layer. Best for high-stakes client dinners, brand launches, and flagship gatherings.

Monthly Retainer
For clients who host events regularly and want CINA as an ongoing experience partner. Up to three consultations or in-person gatherings per month at a reduced rate. Best for brands with an active events calendar.

How It Works

Sauce identifies an upcoming client event — a dinner, a launch, a brand gathering. We connect directly with the client from there.

CINA sends a short intake form — guest list, event goals, and what the client wants guests to feel. Simple and fast.

We deliver all materials 5–7 days before the event — guest intelligence, seating architecture, host guide, and post-event protocol. The client executes.

For in-person gatherings, CINA is onsite for the full event. We arrive early, set the atmosphere, facilitate introductions, read the room in real time, and stay through close. The client runs the event. We make sure every guest feels the difference.

CINA invoices Sauce directly. Sauce structures client billing as it sees fit.

Pricing above reflects SLC-based events during Celina's October residency in Salt Lake City. CINA invoices Sauce directly. Sauce structures client billing as it sees fit. For NYC-based events — including Hot Studios — pricing is available on inquiry.
